In connection with development, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist , which (a) will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers regarding the use of our products and ensuring quality and fast resolution of problems.

• preferably have experience building and configuring FPV drones;
• competent and fluent in the Ukrainian language;
• able to constructively and competently conduct dialogue with clients;
• know how to work in a team and take responsibility for work;
• ready learn and develop every day;
• show customer-oriented work and help as much as possible in solving technical issues.

• consultation of our customers regarding equipment malfunctions;
• primary diagnosis of the customer's problem;
