Duties:

  • quick processing of customer requests;
  • coordinating and controlling the deadlines for the fulfillment of requests from customers;
  • checking detected defects and forming tasks for their finalization by our QA-Team;
  • transferring requests regarding the development of the platform's functionality to the Customer Success Team;< /li>
  • consulting clients on using LMS Collaborator, its functionality;
  • conducting presentations and training clients on using LMS Collaborator functions.
