Requirements:
- Experience in IT support.
- Knowledge of client operating systems -Windows, Linux, MacOS
- Knowledge of network technologies and the principles of their construction
- Experience of working with ticketing systems
- Skills of drafting technical documentation
- Proficiency in written English at the Intermediate level or higher (written communication with users)
Would be an advantage:
- Experience with SIP telephony (FreePBX)
- Experience with Mikrotik, Fortinet brand equipment
- Experience with VPN (OpenVPN)
- Experience with CCTV systems, access control systems
- Experience with Windows server solutions
