Main tasks:
- Technical assistance with questions to our dispatchers and drivers regarding our CRM system and mobile application;
- Communication and consulting drivers regarding the conditions of using the application;
- Solving technical issues in the department.
The following skills will be a big plus:
- Experience working with postman (or other request tool)
- Basic work with the command line (curl, etc.)
- Basic understanding of a programming language (JS, Python or any other)
