Technical support specialist in BNB Solution

The BNB Solution company is looking for a technical support specialist to work in the city of Kyiv. We specialize in software development and provide innovative solutions for our clients.

Tasks:

-answer phone calls from the first line of technical support;
-advise clients on the correct and quality use of our product;
-conduct the initial diagnosis of the client's problem;
-transfer the task to the second line of support or another specialist.

Requirements:
-if there is work experience, that's great, if not, we'll teach you everything
- knowledge of the Ukrainian language at a conversational level (knowledge of other foreign languages ​​will be a big plus)
- you know how to constructively and competently conduct dialogue with clients
- you take responsibility for work .
