Technical Support Specialist (English)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in English and assist in resolving technical issues related to the company's products.
  • Collaborate with the company's development team to address customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (upper intermediate level or higher).
  • Experienced PC user.
  • Friendly and customer-oriented.
  • Technical background.
  • Desire to develop in the field of customer service.
  • Prior experience in support, call centers, customer service, etc. is a plus.
