Your key tasks:
- Remote technical support of bank terminals throughout the network of existing and new stores; already operating stores;
- Communication with bank representatives and engineers regarding the process of installing terminals in new and existing retail outlets;
- Working with specific software;
- Processing applications users regarding terminal problems.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks, as well as remember large amounts of information;
- Ability to quickly solve problems;
- High sociability and friendliness;< /li>
- Business communication skills, competent oral and written communication;
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Basic knowledge in setting up and switching local networks;
- Technical thinking and the ability to independently find solutions to problems;
- Experience in technical support and working with banking equipment, in particular terminals, is an advantage;
- Technical education and additional IT skills are essential advantage.
