Kyivstar TV is a joint project of 1+1 media and Kyivstar, founded on December 11, 2019. This is a Ukrainian online television platform with a huge video library. Kyivstar TV provides users with access to more than 320 TV channels from around the world. The video library contains more than 20,000 films, TV series, cartoons, shows and exclusive projects from famous film studios Disney, Paramount, FOX, 20th Century Studios, Universal, as well as Ukrainian producers. Joint project of two leaders of the telecommunications industry 1+1 media and Kyivstar are currently looking for a technical support specialist who wants to be part of our team.

• have similar work experience from the 1st year;
• have skills in working with postal services;
• have experience in working with databases;
• have excellent communication and customer orientation skills;

• have experience in creating reports.

Being a plus, you will:

• help in working with partners (Kyivstar);
• provide consultations on technical issues of the OTT system;
• check applications received from subscribers;
• provide reports if necessary on the number and trends of requests;
• collaborate with technical staff and work with their test results\platform statuses.
