The product and the number of satisfied customers is growing rapidly. That is why the Support team is open to motivated and energetic technical support specialists. All you need for work is a comfortable, quiet workplace, a headset (needs provided by the company), competent speech and the ability to explain complex things in simple words. We will teach you the rest :) Main tasks: advising clients in person and on the phone (from time to time) ;remote assistance with setting up the PPO software; quick response and resolution of requests; in the future, it is possible to remotely connect Windows/Linux workstations for the purpose of diagnosing and solving PPO work problems. We need: experience of working with people in chat, call or live mode. It will be a plus: technical education, knowledge of SQL; understanding principles of ServiceDesk service. Personal qualities: love of communication; competent Ukrainian language; customer orientation and patience; multitasking; independent problem solving; proactive position.
