Checkbox is a Ukrainian product, a business management tool for small and medium-sized enterprises. This is a software cash register that completely replaces a cash register and turns a smartphone / tablet / PC / POS terminal into a POS terminal, a terminal and a scanner. The service was started by Dmytro Dubilet and Andriy Sukhov, who, together with the IT team, were engaged in the development and implementation of the POS terminal. We will teach you the rest :) Main tasks: advising clients in person and on the phone (from time to time) ;remote assistance with setting up the PPO software; quick response and resolution of requests; in the future, it is possible to remotely connect Windows/Linux workstations for the purpose of diagnosing and solving PPO work problems. We need: experience of working with people in chat, call or live mode. It will be a plus: technical education, knowledge of SQL; understanding principles of ServiceDesk service. Personal qualities: love of communication; competent Ukrainian language; customer orientation and patience; multitasking; independent problem solving; proactive position.
