We are looking for a responsible and organized technical support specialist to join the TechExpert team. In this role, you will be responsible for prompt and effective management of the service process for our customers. Responsibilities: ensuring professional and high-quality customer service; receiving, organizing and controlling the resolution of customer requests and appeals in a timely and efficient manner; coordinating the work of internal and external customers of technical support services, data centers and renting virtual resources; interaction with engineers of the technology department to organize requests and appeals; monitoring the quality of service and developing measures to improve it; maintaining a customer database and reporting on the work performed in CRM; organization and control of document flow with customers. Requirements: experience in the field of customer service will be an advantage, but not is mandatory; high communication skills and skills in working with clients; desire to work and develop in IT; ability to work in a team and solve problems quickly and efficiently; orientation to results and meeting deadlines, attentiveness, responsibility.
