Functional duties of the position: Maintenance/adjustment of personal computer equipment in stores; Maintenance/adjustment of printing equipment in stores; computers; Consultation and support of users on work equipment, including specialized software; Work in the Servise Desk system, sorting and processing of the incoming incident group, monitoring the resolution of incidents in terms of SLA terms of the company; Minor repair of equipment; Coordination and control of the contractor for the maintenance of trade, personal and printing equipment; Control and equipment movement accounting, participation in global and partial OS inventories; Participation in ITS development projects; Ensuring information security in accordance with company standards; Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure of the enterprise, in accordance with company standards; state) in the company's TP: cashier workplaces, non-Czech printing scales, CSR, office workplaces. Skills important for the performance of functional duties: Computer proficiency at the "Expert" level; Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel) at the "Expert"; Technical English (reading documentation); Proficiency in computer equipment (computers, printing and scanning equipment, commercial equipment) at an advanced level; Skills in working with remote management programs (Radmin, Remote Desktop, etc.); Skills installation of the Windows family OS; Skills of operation and maintenance of trade equipment (scales, PRO, price checkers, TSD); Skills of operation and maintenance of SCS (cable, accessories, patch panels); Willingness for field work and revisions, business trips (if necessary); Category B license, experience of at least 3 years.
