Technical support specialist (1 line), Junior QA in TGI

Requirements:- Experience in online chats/ technical support/ basic testing from 6 months.- Basic technical knowledge;- Experience in working with Logs;- Experience in primary error testing will be a plus;- Proficiency in English is desirable (B2 written);- Willingness to work in shifts (after six months at least);- Competent written language;- Desire to develop (technical direction). Duties:- Consulting clients on issues related to the use of the company's products (100% online chats);- Development solving controversial issues and resolving conflict situations;- Processing basic customer requests;- Initial testing of errors;- Interaction with the development team;- Execution of tasks in accordance with established procedures, rules and instructions.
