Technical support specialist (1 line) in TGI

About the company TGITGI Intelligent Solutions is a Ukrainian product IT company that was founded in 2012. The TGI company works in the B2B segment, specializing in the development of CRM systems, marketing network and microservices for business, and we also provide full technical support to our customers. Due to staff expansion, we are looking for a technical support specialist (line 1). Requirements: Work experience in online chats/technical support from 6 months; Understanding of work processes in the technical support department; Experience working with Logs; Experience in primary error testing will be a plus; Proficiency in English is desirable (B2 written); Willingness to work in shifts (at least six months later); Competent written language; Desire to develop (administrative or technical direction). Responsibilities: Consulting clients on issues related to the use of the company's products (100% online chats); Resolving controversial issues and resolving conflict situations; Processing basic client requests; Primary error testing; Interaction with the development team; Completing tasks in accordance with established procedures, rules and instructions.
