You will be required
- Monitor the status and provide technical support of the company's business systems (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, BAS, WMS);
- Check the functionality of business systems every day at the beginning of the working day;
- Work with feedback from business users (in 90% of cases these are tasks in Jira);
- Close applications of the first line of technical support of business systems in the area of responsibility registered in the "Service Desk" system;
- Ensure timely escalation of technical problems to the second line of technical support or the development team in the main office;
- Collect, summarize and analyze data about errors in business systems.
- Monitor the progress of applications transferred to the second line of support or the development team. To signal the facts of delays in the resolution of tasks or incidents and accelerate their resolution if necessary;
- Describe systematic problems in the operation of business systems. To propose solutions.
- Advise company users on business systems in their area of responsibility;
- Ensure coordination between users of business systems (initiators of applications) and specialists who decide these applications;
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Experience with large ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle JDEdwards, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/CRM, etc.).
- Knowledge of specialized areas (logistics, distribution, finance, CRM).
- Experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of the English language at an above average level.
- Analytical and systematic thinking, the ability to process a large flow of information.
