Current offer: work in the department of technical support for subscribers. Tasks of a specialist: • counseling subscribers by phone; • remote diagnosis of malfunctions; • preparation and configuration of network equipment (WiFi routers, IPTV set-top boxes);• network monitoring. We are looking for an employee who:• has basic/full (or incomplete) higher education;• knows PC at the level of a confident user;• understands Internet network technology, has basic knowledge of the TCP/IP stack, OSI models;• knows how to work with network equipment (WiFi routers, IPTV set-top boxes);• communicative and stress-resistant;• quickly learns new skills;• wants to develop professionally in the field of IT and telecommunications. Welcome:• knowledge of technical English;• ability to configure and configure *nix systems;• experience with D-Link network equipment;• living on the Left Bank.
