Your main tasks will be:

• Receiving requests related to IT and the electronic document management system;< /li>
• Providing technical support and solving problems in case of failure of the user's equipment or software, in case of network failures and errors of multifunctional devices (printing, scanning, copying), consultations using remote access tools, administration, etc.;
• Creation and support of video conferences, presentations and calls using Webex, Teams, Skype for Business, Zoom;
• Deployment of images of operating systems, application software and drivers on client PCs ;
• Identification and elimination of malfunctions in the operation of the network / services;
• Control and accounting of the movement of equipment;
• Providing remote access to employees;
• Maintenance of ethernet and wifi networks, VPN settings;
• Cooperation with the team of developers to eliminate current problems, setting a task for implementation in new versions, installing updates to the working scheme of the Electronic Document Management System;

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher technical education;
• Sure knowledge of popular OCs;
• Knowledge of network technologies ;
• Experienced user of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Experience with modern equipment in meeting rooms and conference halls;
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
