Technical support service specialist in TP-Link Ukraine

The TP-LINK company announces a competition to fill the vacant position of Technical Support Service Specialist (ready to consider students of the last years of technical faculties). Main duties: Providing end users with technical support for TP-LINK products; Conducting equipment testing in response to user requests, in order to verification of declared deficiencies in the operation of equipment; support of telephony systems and accounting for the processing of written requests (OTRS); provision of technical support to office employees. Candidate requirements: mastery of network technologies, knowledge of Web technologies, knowledge of Android; high communication skills, ability to explain information, attentiveness to details; Ability to read and understand technical documentation; Fluency in Ukrainian; English at the level of reading technical documentation will be a significant advantage.
