We are locking a dedicated and experienced Technical Support Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have good English communication skills and a strong background in technical troubleshooting.

This role involves providing technical assistance to our clients and internal users, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via emails, and chats;
  • Diagnose and software issues;
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions clearly and concisely;
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps;
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and system updates;
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes;
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Experience in a technical support role or similar position - advantage;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box;
  • Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems;
  • Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP);
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality support;
  • Experience with Jira tool - advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
