This role involves providing technical assistance to our clients and internal users, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via emails, and chats;
- Diagnose and software issues;
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions clearly and concisely;
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps;
- Stay updated on product knowledge and system updates;
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes;
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Experience in a technical support role or similar position - advantage;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box;
- Familiarity with Windows, Mac OS, and Linux operating systems;
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP);
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality support;
- Experience with Jira tool - advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
