Key tasks: - Effectively process customer requests using tickets in Intercom; - Solving problems within the limits of their competences; - Collecting and analyzing information from emerging problems; - Forming bug reports; - Participation in the preparation of documentation. Used tools:- Chrome dev tools;- Slack;- Intercom;- AnyDesk;- Jira. Requirements:- Experience with Windows and macOS;- VPN installation and configuration;- Ability to work in dev tools;- Understanding of client-server architecture;- Analytical approach to tasks; - Communicability, non-conflict, stress resistance; - Willingness to learn the system and the subject area.
