Support Operators are tech-savvy specialists who love helping customers and supporting their colleagues. When the project was founded in 2018, the technical support team started with 1 person, and today they for more than 20 years. Since the number of customers is increasing every month and it is very important for us that they remain satisfied with the purchased products and services, in the near future there is a goal to further increase and strengthen the support team, to improve the quality of support as much as possible, to bring it to a new level of efficiency, to revolutionize support approach and become the best technical support in the world.
