Programs, business, money, customers, people, and of course codes and logs are components of our daily whirlwind of events. We provide 24*7 service.

If you:
- Important! worked in technical support of software products and answered customers both by phone and in chats;
- know how to send requests via API;
- have an understanding of POST< /strong> and GET requests;
- have experience working with Postman;
- the schedule suits you - both at night and during the day;< br/>- multitasking, answering different types of questions in parallel;
- personal assistant and technician in one person;
- talk about complex things in simple words, clearly;
- carefully dig into the cause of a technical failure and you will eliminate the problem regardless of the time of day or night;
- you understand the importance of politeness and literacy in communication;
- you know what KPI is and adhere to it;
- ready to learn a lot, take the initiative and work for the result.

It is very important for us that you follow our schedule - 4/2 variable - floating.
What this means:

Morning shift – 4 days of work, followed by 2 days of rest;
Night shift – 4 days of work, followed by 2 days of rest;
Day shift – 4 days of work, followed by 2 days we rest;
And so on in a circle.
Morning shift – 7:00-15:00
Day shift – 15:00-23:00
Night shift– 23:00-07:00
