Technical support operator (ISP) in Softlink, OOO

Vacancy in the technical support service for users of an Internet provider.

Requirements, basic knowledge:

• Understanding how a switch works, how a home router is configured.
• TCP/IP stack, mostly IP, ARP, ICMP(ping), VLAN, DHCP.
• Basics of working with Linux(Debian).
• Communication , competent language, stress resistance.

Job description:

• Monitoring of the network and data transmission channels (Zabbix monitoring);
• Help and consultation of users on issues related to the technical use of the company's services.
• Configuration of switches (mostly Extreme Networks, in the minority - Zyxel, Dlink);

All will be additional to teach, but you need to at least have an understanding of what we are talking about.

Working conditions:
