We are currently interested in finding an energetic and motivated specialist for the position of "Technical Support Operator", who will ensure high quality performance of the relevant duties. What will be required to do: Providing advice to customers over the phone and in the office; with clients through messengers; Conducting surveys of existing clients regarding the quality of service; Work with internal databases and CRM. Requirements for candidates: Experience in telecommunications; Fluency in the Ukrainian language; Experience in setting up client equipment over the phone: WI-FI, IPTV will be a plus; Confident PC user; Communication, punctuality, diligence, decency, ability to explain; Work for results!
