Technical support operator (help with registration of new customers) in Zaporozhec Yu. V., FOP

Our company specializes in providing support to customers in the process of creating new accounts. We strive to provide uninterrupted and high-quality assistance to make the registration process as simple and clear as possible.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process incoming text messages from new customers who want to register an account on our platform.
• Conducting registration procedures and providing customers with detailed information about our services via chat or e-mail.
• Providing advice on registration issues, solving technical problems and answering customer questions.

• Keeping records of correspondence and registrations in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency of service.
• Cooperation with other departments to ensure the best experience for customers.

Important information:

• The work takes place in a comfortable office located near the "Universitet" metro station.
• We are looking for candidates who are ready to work in a friendly young team.
• Welcome as candidates with and without work experience.

Requirements for candidates:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients via text communication channels.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
• Friendliness, stress tolerance and results-oriented.< /li>

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: from 11:00 to 20:00, 5 days a week.
• Work in a comfortable office with a generator and stable Internet.
• Salary: fixed rate of UAH 25,000 plus bonuses based on work results.
