Now we are looking for an Operatortechnical supportwhose responsibilities will include:

• receiving incoming calls from customers;
• providing technical advice on issues related to connecting equipment;< /li>
• investigating "difficult" requests from customers, involving related departments in solving them;
• conducting equipment testing;
• communication with engineers to exchange data on characteristics, questions and problems when using specific equipment.

Our ideal candidate has:

• understanding of network principles
• skills for working with technical information
• competent oral and written language, attentiveness, friendliness
• ability to memorize large amounts of information
• ability to communicate information to customers
• education in communication/engineering/IT direction
• willingnessto consider a graduate of a technical educational institution
