Functional duties: registration of applications by phone; creation and processing of applications in the Help Desk, Radmin, vnc Viewer, AnyDes; performance of routine operations; work with version 1C 8.3; work with the configurator within the requirements of technical support; work with external processing and reports; testing and correction of the information base; work with the check box, setting up the PRRO at cash registers; work with the relevant registers of information; What we expect from the best candidates: the ability to work on a local network; skills in working with the MS Office, Team Viewer, AnyDesk program package; technical knowledge of PCs and peripheral equipment; knowledge of 1C is MANDATORY, at the level of: carrying out settlement and cash operations, goods movement documents, ability to work with reports; self-organization and planning skills; independence and the ability to work in multitasking mode.
