Functional duties: registration of applications by phone; creation and processing of applications in the Help Desk, Radmin, vnc Viewer, AnyDes; performance of regulatory operations; work with version 1C 8.3; work with the configurator within the framework of technical support requirements; work with external processing and reports; testing and correcting the information base; working with the check box, setting up the PRRO at cash registers; working with the relevant information registers; What we expect from the best candidates: the ability to work on a local network; skills in working with the MS Office, Team Viewer, AnyDesk program package; technical knowledge PC and peripheral equipment; knowledge of 1C is MANDATORY, at the level of: carrying out settlement and cash transactions, documents of movement of goods, ability to work with reports; self-organization and planning skills; independence and ability to work in multitasking mode.
