Technical support operator in KREDITLAYN, TOV, FK

Hello! We are currently expanding the team and are looking for an attentive and responsible operator who will help maintain the quality of communication and control the relevance of phone numbers.

Your duties include:

• Checking phone numbers for spam and confirming their relevance

• Monitoring and ensuring stable operation of telephone lines

• Providing technical support to projects on communication and dialing quality issues

• Interacting with communication service providers on connection issues, eliminating technical malfunctions and submitting official requests

• Cooperation with the technical department for timely identification and resolution of communication problems

• Maintenance reporting, recording the results of checks and technical requests in corporate systems

For the work we offer:

• Salary: 42,000 UAH.
  *Work schedule 5/2:
  — Mon–Fri: 9:00–19:00 (weekdays)
  — Sat–Sun: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (weekends)
  *Alternative schedules are possible:
  — 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  — 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
