Responsibilities:
Reception of incoming calls (technical support and financial consultation of subscribers);
Diagnosis of problems related to the lack of access to the "Internet" service.
Monitoring of the operation of the company's equipment and services;
Technical support of masters in emergency troubleshooting situations, as well as the connection of new customers;
Assisting colleagues in technical matters;
Creating applications for masters (connection, repair work, etc.);
Consulting customers on the connection drive in telephone mode;
Outgoing calls (warning customers about technical work in the network, notifications, etc.)
