Our team is constantly developing to provide quality service and convenient access to content in the Ukrainian language.

We invite you to join us as a technical support operator. If you have experience in working with clients, are technically savvy and want to help people enjoy their favorite video without too much trouble - this is the job for you!

What you will do:

• Promptly respond to user requests regarding the operation of the platform, assist in solving technical issues.
• Advise customers on working with applications, setting up devices and using the service.
• Cooperate with other departments to quickly eliminate technical problems.
• Keep documentation of requests and report typical problems to improve the service.
• Maintain a friendly atmosphere of communication so that users feel we care and attention.

What we expect from you:

• 5 years of experience as a technical support operator or in a related field.
• Ability to clearly and kindly explain complex technical points.
• High level of responsibility and attention to details. Willingness to work remotely from any corner of Ukraine. Willingness to constantly learn and develop together with the team. What we offer: Stable salary 22 000 — 24,000 UAH with official registration.
