We are looking for a responsible and communicative Technical Support Operator to join our team. Your main task is to provide high-quality technical support to our customers, solve their problems and answer their requests. If you have good communication skills and a desire to help people, this job is for you! 

Responsibilities:

-  Receiving and processing appeals customers in chat mode.

- Customer advice on technical issues and help in solving problems in chat mode

- Registration and classification of appeals in the accounting system.

-  Escalation of complex problems to the appropriate specialists.

- Reporting on completed tasks.

- Knowledge base support and documentation updates.

Requirements:

- Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.

-?? Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical terms in simple terms.

- Ability to work in a team and independently.

- Responsibility, attention to detail, stress resistance.
