We are an IT company, in connection with the expansion of the technical support department, we are looking for a technical support manager to work in an office in the center of Kyiv.

We are looking for a sociable, positive person to join our team.

• Basic functionality:
• Understanding the logic of the program;
• writing instructions;
• supporting users in chats;
• conducting training webinars;
• li>filling demo databases;
• entering technology maps into the program;
• studying 305 Resolution of the CMU;
• testing updates; 
• formation of technical tasks for development.
  
  
  Basic requirements:
• technical education; 
• advanced PC user;
• responsibility and punctuality;
• positive outlook on life;
• working in companies related to with IT technologies and customer support.

We also consider as candidates students who are ready to work in the office.
