We continue to grow, that is why we are looking for a Manager of customer technical support for customers from abroad (Romania, Moldova). You are the right candidate if: you speak the Romanian language perfectly; you have experience in communicating with customers; you are looking for solutions to customer problems, you are eager to help; you will experience in creating sites or working in the admin panel is a plus; it will be a plus if you have basic knowledge of html, css, understand how SEO works. with the settings of the site and related systems; understand problem situations, help to solve them; form tasks for the team and monitor their implementation; manage many clients at the same time.
