What needs to be done:
- Solve technical questions and problems of users when using the system;
- Document interaction with users and problem solving;
- Work with system support;
- Train new users of the system;
- Help users with their questions about the system (drawing halls, developing tickets, adjusting the system to the customer's business processes);
- Assist with the setup of additional equipment related to the system.
You have a higher technical education; You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team; You speak English at the C1 conversational level; You know MySQL, you know how to form simple queries; You know how to effectively solve problems and find technical solutions; You have basic knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDraw; You have basic knowledge of HTML\CSS; You have basic knowledge of the organization of a wired network and Wi-Fi; You have a desire to learn and develop in the technical field (the specifics of our work); Attentive, neat, punctual. For this position, we have only two stages of selection: an interview with a recruiter and a team leader.
