Duties include:

— Competent and quick answers to customer questions (in writing);

— Fluency in Ukrainian and English;

—Create screenshots with interface functionality;

—Filling of the "Question-Answer" database: FAQ and other instructions for the user;

—Testing the functionality of the service;

—Monitoring service performance, incident management.

— Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., lunch break;

Requirements for the candidate:

— Higher education (a technical specialty will be an advantage);

— Work experience in technical support from 1 year;

— Experience with Helpdesk systems (Intercom, ZenDesk, etc.), CRM, software for remote connection, software for creating screenshots, screencasts;

— Understanding the principles of web services (SSL, DNS, Cache, API, etc.) and owning a minimum set of utilities (ping, who-is, ns lookup...);

— Skills of working with different OS, browsers, mobile devices;

— Competent Ukrainian language (written, spoken);

— Knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate level, technical dictionary).

— Technical mindset;

— Ability to learn quickly;

—The ability to concisely and correctly formulate your thoughts;

- Attention to details, scrupulousness;

— Responsibility, organization;

- Empathy, ethics and flexibility in communicating with people.

Will be an advantage:

— Experience with our or similar systems;

—Manual testing experience;

- The Napa experiencesled of instructions, FAQ;

- Skills of working with Figma, Postman, Chrome Inspector.
