Vending.Land is a Ukrainian company for the production of self-service machines, which has been engaged in the development of electronics and software since 2008. Over the 15 years of its existence, the company has transformed into a leader in the development, production and installation of high-tech systems for the sale of goods/services and self-service machines. Vending.Land has created the largest network of self-service washing machines TM "Vending Land" (formerly "Postiraika") in Ukraine, which make life easier for more than 50,000 students of Ukrainian higher education institutions. Despite the difficult economic situation in Ukraine, our company continues to work and gradually recovers to the pre-war period of work. In the near future, there are plans to create a network of vending machines for clean water, and machines for preparing and selling coffee are under development. In this regard, a "Technical Support Manager" is needed. Duties and responsibilities: Processing customer requests - communication via social networks and less often the phone using ready-made scripts.
