We continue to grow, so we are looking for a Manager of Technical Customer Support. To understand whether the position is right for you, before the interview, complete the test task. You are our candidate if: you have experience in creating sites or working in the admin panel for more than 1 year you have basic knowledge of html, css , you understand how SEO works, working with Google Analytics will be a plus, you have experience in communicating with customers, you are looking for options for solving customer problems, you want to help. of the website and relevant systems to deal with problem situations, help them to solve them, to form tasks for the team and monitor their implementation, to manage many clients at the same time.
