Technical support manager in Asiafoods

ASIAFOODS is a leader in the supply of Asian cuisine products in Ukraine.
We are developing a network of our own markets throughout the country, so we are looking for a person who knows how to bring the space to an ideal technical condition — from the first inspection of the premises to the stable operation of operating points.

Areas of responsibility:

• Full the cycle of premises preparation for the opening of markets
  (including the adjacent territory, if necessary)

• Organization and control of repair and engineering works

• Preparation of technical documentation and estimates

• Control of contractors, compliance with deadlines and sequence works

• Support for the opening of new locations

• Control of the technical condition of equipment and infrastructure

• Organization of ongoing repairs

• Preparation of proposals for replacement of equipment in case of repair failure

• Audit and support of IT-infrastructure (through contractors)

• Performance of logistical and security operational tasks

Who we are looking for:

• Work experience from 5 years in a similar or related position

• Understanding the basic principles of construction and engineering

• Ability to manage projects of medium complexity

• Skills in working with equipment and mechanisms

• Experience in drawing up estimates and documentation (Excel, Word)

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language

• Driver's license category B, having your own car

• Education is not critical

• High level of responsibility and honesty

• Communication and the ability to negotiate

• Stress resistance and adaptability

• Analytical thinking and systematicity

• Punctuality and ability to plan time

• Readiness for business trips in Ukraine

Work format and conditions:

• Working schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00

• Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine
