Responsibilities:
• Consulting customers on technical issues (phone, chat, email)
• Reception, processing and support of user requests
• Diagnosing and solving technical problems
• Interaction with technical specialists and others by departments
• Reporting and updating the knowledge base
• Quality control and timeliness of resolving requests
Requirements:
• Experience in technical support will be an advantage
• Confident command of a PC and office programs
• Understanding of the principles of operation of technical systems / software (preferred)
• Competent oral and written language
• Communication, attentiveness, stress resistance
• Ability to learn quickly and work with a large amount of information
