Responsibilities:
Accept customer inquiries Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues.
Advise users on working with the company's products/services.
Escalate complex or non-standard requests to the next level of technical support.
Participate in development knowledge base for customers (writing instructions, FAQ). Track and report system failures and help eliminate them.
