?Relokia is looking for Technical Support Manager and our product is a data migration service that helps to quickly, efficiently and easily move a large amount of data from one help desk platform to another.

What we expect from you:

• Knowledge of the basics of PHP, OOP and MySQL
• Ability to work in a team;
• Fluent command of a computer;
• Proficiency in English (written) — not lower than B2 (required); ?
• Experience in customer service in English

Experience with:

• Ability to work with MySQL
• Experience with API
• Understanding Docker

Your responsibilities languages ​​will be:

• Support of the existing application on laravel/lumen;
• Introduction of changes and improvements in the operation of services and products;
• Advise customers about the capabilities and features of our products;
• Fix bugs, develop new functionality;
• Advise employees through email correspondence , phone and video calls to support the service on technical issues.
