Requirements:

• Ability to understand new software products in a short time.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, clear diction.
• Skills of confident computer use.
• Good communication and public speaking skills.
• Responsibility, tact, self-organization.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to users: Responding to user requests and problems, providing answers to questions, solving technical problems.
• Analyzing and improving processes: Identifying problems, analyzing them and implementation of effective solutions to increase productivity and service quality.
• Conducting online training/functionality demonstrations.
• Consulting clients regarding system functionality by phone.
• Assisting in adaptations of new clients
