WHAT SHOULD OUR CANDIDATE BE:

• Work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Understanding the logic of databases (SQL);
• Basic knowledge of generating SQL queries using MYSQL servers;
• Active listening to the client;
• Resolving conflicts;
• C# (preferred but not required);

DAILY TASKS:

• Ability to analyze and interpret user requirements: Ability to clearly listen to user concerns and translate them into specific technical tasks for developers.
• Communication with software users: Ability to communicate effectively with users and developers, explaining the technical aspects of solutions to meet their needs.
• Requirements and Change Management: Experience managing project requirements, including the ability to analyze, document and control changes.
• Help Desk Experience: Knowledge of customer support processes and practices, including the ability to effectively listen and resolve problems and meet customer needs.
