We are looking for a manager of technical customer support

M/F from 18 to 30 years old, be in touch all working day (power off should not interfere ) Or work in the office in Odessa

Your duties:

1 Management of clients who will be assigned to you from scratch

2 Consultation on technical issues

3 Information mailings to customers announcing new features/updates, etc

4 Selling additional services

Rate 16,000 + bonus system depending on conversion

What is required from you?

Perfect Ukrainian language, written and spoken

clear diction

Confidence with a PC

Availability of a laptop PC, possibility to provide stable Internet

Can work in the office (there is everything necessary for work)

willingness to work for results, punctuality and responsibility.

experience in the field of trade is welcome!!!!

Working conditions:

• work schedule: from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. / from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. weekends floating 5/ 2

  • fixed rate
