What to do:

  • Solve technical issues and problems of users when using the system;

  • Document user interaction and problem solving;

  • Work with system support;

  • Educate new system users;

  • Help users with their questions about the system (drawing halls, developing tickets, adjusting the system to the customer's business processes);

  • Assist with configuring additional hardware related to the system.

Send your resume if you:

  • You have 2 years or more of similar experience (the direction is not essential);

  • You have a higher technical education;

  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;

  • Ownin English at spoken level C1;

  • You know MySQL, you know how to form simple queries;

  • Able to effectively solve problems and find technical solutions;

  • You have basic knowledge of Photoshop, CorelDraw;

  • You have basic knowledge of HTML\CSS;

  • Do you have basic knowledge of wired network and wi-fi organization;

  • Do you have a desire to learn and develop in the technical field (the specifics of our work);

  • Careful, neat, punctual.

For this position, we have only two stages of selection: interview with recruiter and team leader.
