We are looking for a qualified technical support specialist to ensure the high quality of our product that meets customer expectations and provide excellent customer support. Job Responsibilities: Monitoring the status and performance of servers, informing about incidents to the relevant L2 specialists; Registration of user requests (HelpDesk), redirection of user requests/applications to the relevant L2 specialists; Keeping a log with a record of actions taken and decisions made with subsequent entry of decisions into the knowledge base (tafaq instructions); Providing assistance and consulting to the client during the installation, configuration and updating of the software product; Providing assistance in solving technical problems during the use of the product/service and its further coordination; Providing assistance in restoring the functionality of the software product after failures; Analyzing problems and developing recommendations for their elimination that have been identified during the use of the product/service; Respond to user inquiries within the set deadline; Knowledge of the product's technical characteristics; Analysis of "typical" problems and issues. Requirements for the candidate: Experience in first-line technical support from 1 year; Be able to find out the essence of the client's question/problem.
