Chameleon Soft is a developer of ready-made solutions for retail automation in stores, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants. We are looking for a communicative and hard-working Technical Support Inbound Line Manager to join our team, who will help our customers in solving technical issues.
Duties:
- Incoming calls/making outgoing calls, monitoring missed calls from customers;
- Customer consultation on Chameleon software functionality;
- Troubleshooting, remote elimination and assistance to customers;
- Registration of malfunctions with the transfer of information to the system administration department;
< b style=" font-weight: 700;">Requirements:.
- Competent oral and written language ;
- Politeness, sociability, stress resistance;
- Ability to learn quickly, desire to help and train users.
Working conditions:
- 5 days a week, 8-hour working day;
- Work in an office (office near the metro station);
