Now we we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist, who will perform the most responsible mission — to provide technical assistance to our users in online chat and help them solve their problems. Duties:—Communicate with customers about computers, gadgets, online services and help them to solve any technical problems in English. Examples of such requests are: "I forgot my Gmail password, how do I reset it?", "Cannot connect to the printer", "YouTube does not work on my TV";—Process up to three chats with customers at the same time.—Follow all the necessary instructions to provide quality services. What skills are needed:—Knowledge of the English language (spoken and written): Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1);—Basic knowledge of a PC and understanding of the operation of modern systems and services at the user level. It will be a plus: — Experience working in customer support or billing support teams; — Work experience or education related to system administration; — Zendesk and Zendesk Chat. Knowing this software will greatly facilitate your life in the first days of work; Minimum system requirements:—Internet speed of 25 Mbps or greater;—Download speed of 1 Mbps or greater;—Upload speed of 6 Mbps or greater;—At least 5 GB of RAM ;—Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 Quad Core.
