Technical Proficiency:
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a technical support or customer-facing technical role, with a focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution in complex environments.
- Customer Service Tools: Strong familiarity with customer service platforms (e.g., ticketing systems, voice, and chat interfaces) and associated processes for efficient case management.
- Log Analysis: Proficient in analyzing log files and system data to identify root causes and support resolution efforts.
- Database & API Expertise: Proficient in SQL for querying databases, with a strong understanding of XML and API integrations for data exchange and system interoperability.
- System Integrations: In-depth understanding of system integrations, particularly in environments requiring seamless data flow between disparate systems.
- Troubleshooting: Expertise in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex technical issues, particularly in multi-product or third-party integrated environments.
