As a Support Engineer, your main technical professional responsibilities will include resolving production issues, troubleshooting customer-reported problems, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring the smooth operation of software and systems through maintenance and integrations.

The vacancy requires some on-call duties during the late hours (not regular but to be ready)

Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a technical support or customer-facing technical role, with a focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution in complex environments.
  • Customer Service Tools: Strong familiarity with customer service platforms (e.g., ticketing systems, voice, and chat interfaces) and associated processes for efficient case management.
  • Log Analysis: Proficient in analyzing log files and system data to identify root causes and support resolution efforts.
  • Database & API Expertise: Proficient in SQL for querying databases, with a strong understanding of XML and API integrations for data exchange and system interoperability.
  • System Integrations: In-depth understanding of system integrations, particularly in environments requiring seamless data flow between disparate systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Expertise in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex technical issues, particularly in multi-product or third-party integrated environments.

Soft Skills:

  • Customer Interaction: Excellent customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
