Among the company’s clients, there are such well-known brands as Toyota, Fedex, AT&T, Etoro, Burger ranch, Hebrew university, Pizza Hut and others.We are looking for a team member for whom Hebrew is a native language or close to native.Responsibilities:Serve as the 1st tier for customers seeking technical assistance on the Voicespin products over the phone, email or chat;Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions by customers;Walk the customer through the problem-solving process;Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support;Provide accurate information on Voicespin IT products and services;Record events, issues and resolutions in logs;Follow-up and update customer status and information;Pass on any feedback or suggestion by customers to the appropriate internal team;Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.Requirements:Linux basic knowledge;Would be a plus basic knowledge of VoIP;Hebrew native language.We offer:International clients and colleagues cooperation;Paid vacations and sick leaves;Health insurance;Knowledge sharing and training internal and external activities;Flexible working schedule (8−17/9−18/10−19/) UTC+2;Remote work;English speaking club with a teacher.
